What does interior demolition and prep include?
Controlled interior demolition, protection for everything that stays, debris hauled away and the site left clean, ready for the next trade.
Do you charge for an estimate?
No. Estimates are free and put in writing. We look at the job, measure it, and give you a written price with no obligation.
Which areas do you serve?
Charlotte, North Carolina and the surrounding towns. Recent projects and customer reviews come from Charlotte, Matthews, Pineville, Waxhaw, Monroe, Concord and Huntersville in NC, and Fort Mill in SC.
How do I get in touch?

Do you take small jobs?
Yes. We take jobs of every size, from a single door or a run of baseboard to a full remodel.
How does payment work?
We ask for 50% to start the job, which covers the materials and the labor, and the remaining 50% when the work is finished.
Do you guarantee your work?
Yes. Our work is guaranteed. How long the guarantee lasts depends on the type of service, so ask about it for your project when you request the estimate.
How long have you been doing this work?
More than ten years of hands-on remodeling and finish carpentry work.
What is a job site like while you work?
Floors are protected, dust is contained, and tools are put away at the end of each day. The schedule we give you at the start is the one we keep.
