Who we are
Renovexa Home is a residential remodeling and finish carpentry business serving Charlotte, NC and surrounding areas. This policy covers this website, renovexahomegroup.com.

What we collect
We collect information in one place only: the estimate request form. Nothing is collected from you simply for reading the site.
When you submit the form you choose to give us:
- your name;
- your phone number;
- your email address;
- the city or ZIP code of the project (optional);
- the service you are interested in;
- your timeframe and how you prefer to be contacted (optional);
- whatever you write in the message field.
Only your name, phone, email and chosen service are required. Everything else is optional, and you decide how much detail to put in the message.
Why we collect it
To reply to you and prepare your estimate. That is the whole purpose. We do not sell it, rent it, trade it, or use it to build a profile of you, and we do not send marketing to people who have not asked for it.
Who else sees it
Two companies handle your request on the way to us:
- Formspree receives the form submission and forwards it to our email. Their privacy policy is at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.
- Netlify hosts this website. Like any web host, its servers record standard technical request logs — such as IP address, browser type and the page requested. Their privacy policy is at netlify.com/privacy.
Nobody else. There is no advertising network, no analytics provider and no social media tracking on this site.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. There is no tracking pixel, no third-party script, and nothing that follows you to other websites.
The site does use your browser's own local storage to hold the site's content and, if you submit the form, a copy of what you sent. That copy stays on your device, in your browser — it is not transmitted anywhere by that mechanism and we cannot read it. Clearing your browser data removes it.
How long we keep it
We keep estimate requests for as long as we need them to quote the work and for our ordinary business records afterwards. If you would rather we deleted yours, ask us and we will.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Contact us using the details below and we will deal with it. You can also simply not use the form — the phone number, WhatsApp and email address on this site all reach us directly.
Children
This site is for homeowners arranging work on their property. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, so what you send is encrypted in transit. No website can promise perfect security, and we will not pretend otherwise — but we keep what we collect to the minimum needed to quote your job.
Changes to this policy
If what the site does changes — for example if we add analytics, or move the form to a different provider — this page is updated in the same change, and the date at the top changes with it.
